I recently had a new furnace and AC installed in my home by Winterrowd Heating and AC Services. I was impressed from the first meeting with Rodd to the final walk-through with James. I was apprehensive about the purchase and all that comes with installing AC (for the first time) and replacing the furnace. Rodd was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took his time to walk me through the process. He stayed true to his initial bid, his crew was on time, professional, helpful and very patient as well with all of my questions. A big thank you to James and Norris, they are top notch when it comes to what they do. Ethical and kind. The electricians were also prompt and professional.

"I have used Winterrowd Heating and Air Conditioning since 2003 when I had an AC unit installed. Since, I have replaced a hot water heater and recently my furnace. Rodd installed a high efficiency furnace and it is amazing! It was a major upgrade. I have an apartment downstairs and it was always on the cooler side, but with the new furnace and an additional duct in the basement all is TC (toasty and cozy)!! Rodd has grown his business a lot since 2003 and glad to see he is doing things right. Rodd has always been a man of integrity and I know he requires this of his employees. So, I never have to worry about professional, prompt, courteous service, and really just a dam fine job every time I use him! Always recommended."
